1973-1976/2008 Reunion

REUNION THIS SUMMER! 1973-76 classes will come together for dinner at Central Bar B Que at 4375 Summer Avenue on Saturday, July 26 at 6:00 pm. There will be a buffet for $6.00 per person. If we have enough interest, we will have a private room. You will also be able to order off the menu if you prefer. Please contact Ken Draffin at kdraffin@package-supply.com so we will know how many are coming so we can reserve the private room. 

Friday night, the class of 1973 will meet for fun and fellowship at Ken Draffin's house at 7:00 pm at 1926 Grovecrest Road in Germantown. BYOB (we will have colas) and an appetizer if you would like.

Dave Grimm, '75, deceased May 14, 2008

Dave Grimm, '75, (who legally changed his name to Jesse Wilson) a musician and songwriter living in the Nashville area, passed away May 14, 2008 from pancreatic cancer. He leaves a younger brother, Danny, and an older sister Debbie, '74. In the fall of 1976, Jesse, Chuck Johnson, Leslie Maddox, Kevin Shea, and Billy Johnson recorded "Oh My My" at the Music Factory in Memphis. 

Phil Eugene Edmiston deceased April 7, 2008

Phil Eugene Edmiston, 53, died April 7, 2008. He was a member of the class of '73 He met and married his wife of 23 years, Maritza, in Costa Rica in 1985. He leaves his wife of 23 years, Maritza Lara Edmiston and son, Jonathan David Edmiston, both of Bartlett, TN. He also leaves his siblings, George Kaylor Edmiston, Beth Edmiston Roberts, Corolyn Edmiston Evans, Bryan David Edmiston, all from the Memphis area, and James Gordon Edmiston of Virginia. He was interned at Memory Hill Gardens of Bartlett. The family asks that all memorial gift be sent to Maritza'a Ministry, Las Perseveradoras, P>O>Box 34126, Bartlett, TN 38134.
