James Spires, Jenny Pressgrove Deceased

The Class of 76 lost two members in less than a month. James Spires died of complications from leukemia on December 11. He was the younger brother of Gene Spires (74).

Jenny Pressgrove (76) passed away on Monday, January 7 after a long illness. She was the sister of Randy Pressgrove (73) and Micki Pressgrove Seago (74). Jenny served as Treasurer of the recent reunion and of the Alumni Association. She was a member of the Class of 76, but graduated early with the Class of 75.

James and Jenny have been added to the Class of 76 Memorials Page, including a recent photo of James. In addition, we have added a tribute page to Jenny with childhood and recent photos provided by her family. You can post a comment or favorite memory of James or Jenny by clicking the e-mail links on those pages.

Meanwhile, Rene' Gault Pitts asks for your prayers as she undergoes treatment for cancer.
